How do I activate Euclid?

What if I do not have Wi-Fi provided by one of Euclid's partners, or any Wi-Fi at all?
Euclid can still offer our unique analytics solution via one of our own sensors. Please contact support and make a request to have our sensors shipped to you. How many Euclid sensors do I need?
Euclid recommends at minimum one sensor per 5,000 square feet.
What is the minimum size requirement to use Euclid?
Euclid works best in locations of 800-1,000 square feet or more.
How do I get a login to the dashboard after activation?
During the final step of activation you will be directed to submit contact information to setup a login to the dashboard. If you would like to add additional logins or remove a user, please contact support with the email address and name of the user and Euclid will send a signup link or remove their access.
How long does it take before I can see data populate the dashboard? How do I know if data is being collected?
Data will begin posting to the dashboard 24 hours after activation. You will be able to see a cumulative, real-time count of raw devices seen by Euclid throughout the day. If no data is seen within 48 hours, please file a support ticket and to receive further troubleshooting assistance.
If I purchase a Sensor, will I need to buy my own power adapter?
Each Sensor comes with an appropriate adapter, there is no need to purchase a separate one.
