What are the comparison periods available throughout the product?

To increase the relevance of Euclid’s data, the product offers the ability to compare the data in view to various different timeframes or datasets of interest. See below explanations of the available comparison periods. Previous Period: the relevant time period immediately preceding the selected time period in view. For example, when viewing data for the week starting December 8th, 2014, the previous period will be the week starting Monday December 1st, 2014.

Previous 4 Period Average: the average value of the 4 periods immediately preceding the selected time period in view. For example, when viewing data for the week starting December 8th, 2014, the previous 4 period average will display the average values across the preceding four weeks (Monday-Sunday).

Year Over Year: the identical time period from the previous year. For example, when viewing data for the week starting December 8th, 2014, the previous period will be the week starting Monday December 9th, 2014. Industry Benchmark: the average value of the data of all other companies in the Euclid network in the same industry and geography, during the selected time period in view.

 

How is my industry benchmark determined?

Euclid’s industry benchmark is an index comprised of the data from all other companies in the Euclid network that are identified by the same industry code (NAICS or SIC), have similar customer bases, and operate in the same geography.

 

How do I integrate POS data into my dashboard?

Express users have can upload POS data directly into the dashboard on our import page. Click on “import data” under the dropdown menu in the top-righthand corner of the dashboard and follow the instructions to upload your data. Plus and Advanced users also have the option to set up an automated transfer of POS data to Euclid via SFTP. Please contact support for instructions.

 

How do I change my password?

Users can change passwords by clicking on “change password” under the dropdown menu in the top-righthand corner of the dashboard and following the instructions.
