What is the Dashboard page?

The Dashboard page allows the user to create customizable views to monitor their business across all BT Wi-Fi Insight metrics and customer KPIs. The user can view data across any level of the hierarchy through current period, historic trends, or day of the week time period widgets.

 

How many dashboards can be saved?

Each user can save an unlimited number of dashboards and access them under the drop down menu in the blue banner.

 

Do my saved dashboards appear for other users?

No, the dashboards each user saves are specific to one user account.

 

How do I change which dashboard appears by default when l login?

To change the default dashboard, click on the gear icon on the right side of the blue banner and select “organize dashboards.” Select the desired default dashboard and drag it into the top-left position. The default dashboard is designated by a yellow top-right corner.

 

Which metrics have hourly widgets?

Today, only visitors, outside opportunity (storefront potential), and outside conversion (storefront conversion) are available in hourly widgets.

 

Where can I find the definitions of the metrics in the dashboard?

The definitions to each dashboard metric can be found by clicking the question mark in the top-right corner of the widget. The full list of definitions can also be found by expanding the black (“Explain Metrics”) box at the bottom-righthand corner of the dashboard
