What is the Locations feature?

The Locations feature provides the user with a map view of their locations across their network and a way to easily identify top and bottom performing locations based on a selected KPI. The locations are ranked based on the increase in the selected metric relative to the comparison period. You can also click on any location on the map or on the table below to drill into the details of that location.

What do the green and red colors signify?

Green signifies an improvement (typically increase) in the value of the selected metric during the current period vs. the comparison period. Red signifies a deterioration (typically decrease).

Why are some of the the locations highlighted with a numbered bubble?

The top five ranked locations are highlighted in green bubbles, with a number signifying the rank in the chain. The bottom five ranked locations are highlighted in red bubbles, with a number signifying the rank in the chain.

Can I select a location, or hierarchical group of locations, to drill into the details?

Yes. By clicking on a location on the map, the user will navigate to that location’s performance details page, which includes a customizable trends chart and widgets displaying each metric’s performance in the current period vs. the comparison period. To view the details page for a group of locations in the hierarchy, click the “view details” button below the map.
